Chief Customer Officer, Zenoss
Brian Wilson has been practicing the core value of #CustomersforLife for more than 20 years. What sets Brian apart is his relentless focus on customer outcomes and customer value realization. Brian joined Zenoss in 2011 as vice president of services and support, was promoted to senior vice president of customer success in 2013, and, most recently, was appointed to chief customer officer.
He is responsible for the full life cycle of customer-facing operations at Zenoss, from initial sales engineering engagement to professional services and deployment, ongoing customer support and adoptions, account management and training, and to the subscription renewal process. In addition, Brian manages technical operations for the company’s SaaS products and corporate IT as well as the product management for all of the company’s offerings.
Prior to joining Zenoss, Brian had worldwide responsibility for services delivery of the virtualization product portfolio at Quest Software. Brian joined Quest through an acquisition where, as vice president of client services, he was instrumental in the development of the first private cloud platform for Global 2000 enterprise customers. Previously, Brian has served in senior management roles in emerging technology companies, global service providers and the defense industry. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
