As the director of customer success at Zenoss, Rachel Gallaway brings 15 years of experience in leadership roles at technology companies. Responsible for retention and customer satisfaction, her team is focused on delivering customer outcomes and positive customer experiences.
Rachel has spent her career in customer-facing roles, building teams and companies with a passion for solving complex business challenges and disrupting incumbent technologies. Prior to Zenoss, Rachel led services and support organizations at early stage companies, leveraging technology and process to make customers successful at scale.
Rachel is based in Austin, Texas, and enjoys spending time in nature with her family and takes full advantage of living in the Live Music Capital of the World.
