Ernie Ishman has been part of the Geisinger Health IT department since 1983 and part of the management team since 1992. His current responsibilities include leading the evolution of an enterprise command center that encompasses monitoring, event correlation, root-cause analysis and incident management for all IT infrastructure and select clinical areas.

Following successful implementation of a ZaaS environment, his team moved to Zenoss Cloud, and now continually evolve operational aspects of monitoring and incident management by replacing, augmenting and integrating multiple siloed tools across the IT department.
